The three pillars of the T.R.U.S.T. method are:

Step 1: STRESS IDENTIFICATION

Learn how to feel and identify stress in your body in the very beginning and start to work with it right away. The more you know yourself the easier it will become.

Step 2: The importance of BREATHWORK

Breathwork is so important because breathing is the gold key to fine-tuning your fight-or-flight response and your rest-and-digest mode. The two basic modes of your Autonomous Nervous System. In other words, breathing will help you cool down or fire up whenever necessary depending on each situation. You will become better prepared to embrace the unknown.

Step 3: BODYWORK

You live in your body, not in your head! The largest portion of the stress we experience is because we tend to live most of our lives in our heads. We will learn to spend more time in our bodies at any given moment even if it may sound weird or scary to some of you in the beginning.
