Lesson 1. Acquaintance

Getting to know the teacher. What is to be expected in this course and what is to be looked for in this course: the 'High Heels' style and how to motivate yourself to continue the course.

Lesson 2. Warm up

How to prepare the body for physical activity. A small set of exercises that is aimed at warming up each muscle. Learning dance techniques.

Lesson 3. Racks & penetration (Body position and positioning of the legs)

Basics of the High Heels style. How to walk in heels, penetrations and racks. How to maintain balance; how to work with your hips.

Lesson 4. Circles and waves

In this video tutorial, we will analyze the basic chest movements, they are needed in any dance, as well as hip circles and combine the two movements into one. We will study the waves, how to do it right, and where to start. We gradually prepare our bodies for more complex movements.

Lesson 5. Inclinations

Work with bending the lower back. The arch in the lower back as the muscle is stretched and improved depends only on the number of times the repetition of this movement is practiced. We will study the very feminine angles from different positions.

Lesson 6. Basic hand movements

The visual image in dancing is very strongly created by your emotions and your hands. We will learn a few basic hand movements and at the end of this lesson we will put everything together into one small choreography.

Lesson 7. Working with the neck & head

How can you gracefully turn your head? We will used what was previously studied in the examples in the first videos, and supplement the dance with new elements.

Lesson 8. Parterre

What is a parterre? We will learn the use of and principal rules of parterre in dance.

Lesson 9. Choreography

The finale. We will reinforce all the collected steps and positions gathered in each video and combine them to learn the basics of choreography, the art of having a dance routine. The music for the choreography will be in our Telegram channel.

Lesson 10. Stretching

You will learn a stretching routine to perform after each dance practice in order that your body will be even more ready, stronger and beautiful for the next workout.
