Lesson 1. Stretching the spine and strengthening the buttocks muscles to eliminate muscle spasms, improve the blood circulation and reduce pressure on the spinal discs.
Lesson 2. Exercises to improve spine mobility and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Learning to relieve back tension and reduce pain with the help of the exercises.
Lesson 3. Bends and twists, focusing on the abdominal muscles. Learn to strengthen the core muscles, keep on developing spine mobility.
Lesson 4. Stretching the shoulder joints, relaxing and stretching out the back. Concentration on posture and the healthy body position, getting rid of slouching.
Lesson 5. Working on improving spine mobility in the hip joints, twisting, strengthening the abdominal muscles. Building up the muscles which help to keep the back straight.

In 2017 she defended her Ph.D. thesis in the specialty of restorative medicine, sports medicine, exercise therapy, balneology and physiotherapy.
