Lesson 1. A sea of energy and fit legs

A class for working out the main muscles of the legs, abs and back. These are basic exercises to prepare the body for further work. For beginners, you can do only 2 rounds of exercises and go straight to the warm-up. A presentation on how to do the course and what is the uniqueness of these exercises. It is recommended to do the next exercise after at least one day or when you have fully recovered your muscles.

Lesson 2. Fit buttocks and firm chest - not a dream, but a reality

This lesson focuses on the chest and gluteus muscles. It is necessary to follow the technique of exercises and do them correctly, so that later you can safely perform more complex work.

Lesson 3. Have a wasp waist to look great even in the tightest dress

Exercises are aimed at engaging all abdominal muscles for a taut waist and forming the right muscle corset. Supporting intra-abdominal pressure and taking the load off the lower back.

Lesson 4. Whole body workout. Slimming down and being proud of yourself
